At SQC Management Ipoh (SQC Management (Ipoh) Sdn Bhd.), we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy, training, and professional services to our clients. This Terms & Conditions outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and service-related disputes.

1. Consultancy Services
1.1 Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of consultancy services by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation made 7 days or more before the scheduled service commencement date may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
Cancellation made less than 7 days before the scheduled commencement date may incur administrative or preparation charges.
No refund will be provided once consultancy work, audits, assessments, or documentation preparation has commenced.

1.2 Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule consultancy sessions subject to availability. Requests should be made at least 3 business days in advance.

2. Training Programs & Workshops
2.1 Public Training Courses

For registrations to public training programs:

Full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 14 days before the training date.
50% refund may be granted for cancellations made between 7–13 days before the training date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date or for non-attendance.

2.2 Replacement Participants

Registered participants may be replaced with another participant from the same organization at no additional charge by notifying us before the training date.

2.3 Cancellation by SQC Management Ipoh

SQC Management Ipoh reserves the right to postpone or cancel training programs due to insufficient participation, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. In such cases, participants may choose either:

A full refund; or
Transfer to the next available session.

3. Digital Materials & Downloadable Content

All digital materials, templates, presentations, and downloadable documents provided by SQC Management Ipoh are non-returnable and non-refundable once access or download has been granted.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency exchange differences incurred during the refund process may be deducted where applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed consultancy services
  • Customized documentation or reports
  • Training materials already distributed
  • Digital downloads or online course access
  • Certification application or third-party registration fees

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from medical emergencies or exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of SQC Management Ipoh
